• Account Information: Name, Email address, and encrypted passwords.
• Social Media Data: Public profile information, page names, Access Tokens, and Refresh Tokens required to post content on your behalf via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Content Data: Text, images, and videos uploaded to our platform for scheduling and publishing.
• Usage Data: Device information, IP addresses, and interaction logs within our dashboard (e.g., cookies).

3. How We Use Your Information

Social Autopilot uses your data strictly for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the core functionalities of scheduling and auto-publishing content to your connected social channels.
• To fetch high-level analytics about your published posts (reach, engagements).
• To securely encrypt and store OAuth tokens required to communicate with third-party social APIs.
• To improve our platform and user experience via anonymized usage tracking.

4. Security & Data Protection

We deploy strict security measures. All third-party OAuth Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption. Our database is strictly protected behind secure firewalls. We DO NOT sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform interacts with external APIs including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google (YouTube). By authenticating your accounts, you also agree to the respective privacy policies of these third parties:

6. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the data we store about you or request its complete deletion. When you remove a social account from our dashboard, the corresponding OAuth Tokens are instantly and permanently wiped from our database.
